General Admissions Requirements

To be admitted into a programme at ABM, applicants must submit the following documents;

1. Certified copies of High School / Senior Secondary School certificates (e.g GCSE/IGCSE/BGCSE, AS Level, A Level)\

2. Certified copies of ID

3. Certified copies of Passport (for international students)

4. Certified copies of 1-year Certificate or 2-year Diploma (for applicants who have completed Tertiary Education programmes)

5. Certified copies of Transcript (for applicants who have completed Tertiary Education programmes)

Each programme has its specific eligibility requirements with regards to high school subjects and grades.

Application Period

January Intake: Applicants can submit applications from August - December.

August Intake: Applicants can submit applications from January - August.

*March 2025 Intake: Applicants can submit applications from January - March 10th

*special intake for 2025

How to Apply

Online Application

1. Click on the "Apply Now" button

2. Complete the Online Application Form and upload the necessary supporting documents

3. Once complete, click "Submit"

In-Person Application

1. Prepare the relevant documents listed in the General Admissions Requirements

2. Visit the Admissions Department at the ABM Gaborone Campus. You will be provided with Application Forms to complete

3. Complete the Application Forms and submit the relevant documents

Career Fair Application

1. Prepare the relevant documents listed in the General Admissions Requirements

2. Attend the annual Career Fair

3. Visit the ABM University College Stall

4. Complete the Application Form at the stall and submit the relevant documents

Submitted Applications will be processed and students that pass the requirements will be contacted. Admitted students will be required to provide Proof of Sponsorship document(s) (e.g DTEF letter, Guardian Sponsor's Letter, Proof of Employment) prior to Registration.
